It is now possible to limit access to the Witness Tab and the Injured Person tab per User Role within Incidents. This has been done to allow better control over access to data available to certain users and to give greater flexibility.

STEPS:

Please Note : Super Users only have access (Super User Role Overview)

Go to Settings > Users & Locations > Roles and Permissions > Click Actions beside the Role Name of the user

Click 'Edit Role'

A new window will appear and under ‘Access’ is where you can find the permission toggle to access the Injured Person tab and Witness Tab.

Turn off to disable the user’s access to the Injured Person Tab and Witness Tab.

Note: Setting ‘Full Form Access’ toggle to OFF will automatically set Injured Person Access and Witness Access to OFF.

When the access is OFF:

  • The Injured Person Tab and Witness Tab is greyed-out and is not clickable.

  • The Injured Person and Witness Section will be automatically removed for PDF Export if the user does not have permission.

Please Note Default Roles:

Super Administrator - All Permissions: Set to On for both Witness and Injured Person tab including the export
QSHE Administrator - Set to On for both Witness and Injured Person tab including the export
Viewer - Set to On for both Witness and Injured Person tab including the export

Custom roles can be created to suit your requirements.

We hope you find this new feature helpful.
