The location and user management area of the system allows you to organise your company’s location structure and your system users within it.
To get to this area of the system, first click the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
(Please Note: If you do not see the Settings option, it means you do not have permission to manage users or locations.)
Next, click on Users and Locations, and then click on Location/User Management.
Once in the Location/User Management area of the system, you will see your current company location structure on the left side of the screen.
If you can only see your top location, click the + (plus) icon to the left of it to expand it and display the locations below it. See below:
Our Advice: If there is no + (plus) icon to the left of a location, it means there are no additional locations within it.
