Please Note: The System Settings area can only be accessed by users with Super User access or permission from a Custom Role.
It is possible to customise the way the top of your system pages look by customising colours and adding your company logo. This can be done in the System Branding area of the system.
To get to the System Branding area, start by clicking the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, click the System Branding tab:
The first options available in the system branding area are the Main colour and Secondary colour options.
Main Colour
Changing the main colour will set the colour of:
The Bread crumb trail at the top of each web page
The Dashboard widget headers
The System option switches
The area behind the Sevron emblem in the top left corner of each page
The current selected option element in the main menu
The notification indicator near your name in the top right corner of each page
Secondary Colour
Changing the secondary colour of your system will set that colour of:
The inner circle area of the current selected option element in the main menu
To make changes to the Main Colour and Secondary Colour, simply click the corresponding coloured square to display a colour picker and choose a colour accordingly.
When you make changes here, the Preview Branding area will display your chosen colours to show you what your system will look like.
To save the colours you have chosen, click the Save Colour Changes button.
You can also upload your company logo. To do this, scroll down the page to the Your Company Logo section and click the Upload Logo button.
Navigate through the folders on your computer until you find the logo image you want to use. Next, select the image by clicking on it, and then click the open button to upload it as your company logo. Your chosen logo image will now appear in the preview area and in the top left hand corner of every system screen. See below:
If you want to reset the colours and/or logo back to the Sevron defaults, click the corresponding Reset buttons and save the changes.
Our Advice: The perfect size for you company logo image is 100 x 60 pixels. Using an image close to this size will work better than larger, high quality images. Larger images will be scaled and, as a result, could end up looking blurry.
