Please Note: The settings discussed in this article can only be accessed by users with Super User access or permission from a Custom Role.
The System Settings area of the system has several options. The options you see in the Settings area will all depend on the Sevron systems your company has signed up to use, such as COSHH365™, Incident365™ etc.
To get to the System Settings area, simply click the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, click the System Settings tab:
Below is a brief overview of the settings that can be modified:
General Settings
Low Bandwidth Mode – Helps to speed up the system by disabling system features if you have very low internet speeds
Risk Assessment Settings
Company/Risk Assessment Logos – Specify the assessment logos available when users create an assessment
Risk Rating Matrix – Alter the risk rating matrix labels
Publish Options - Alter the way assessments are published
Custom People Affected – Add additional choice entries to the People Affected drop down when creating an assessment
Template Assessments – Turn on/off the template feature and force users to use them
Email Group- Add or modify email groups which will reflect in the assessment wizard as a recipient option for an assessment action
Substance Settings
Approved Substance List – Activate an approved substance list system to ensure only approved substances are used when users create assessments
Internal Reference Options – Set substance Internal Reference code prefixes
Incident Settings
Custom Incident Types (Incident/Accident only) – Add custom Accident Types and Incident Types to the corresponding drop down list on the first form of an incident/accident record
Trades – Add new trade entries to the Trade drop down list when creating/editing a Behavioural Safety Inspection record (BSI)
Incident Restrictions – Nominate which incident form types will be available to the users of your system. Also, users can be stopped from creating fatality records, RIDDOR incidents and from editing records that have been completed
Escalation Settings
Escalation Groups – Create groups of escalation emails that can be then assigned to each user in the system
Escalation Settings – Allows you configure escalation rules that determine when escalation notification emails are sent out to users in locations with a corresponding Escalation Group.
Billing
This area displays you your current subscription details, showing the Sevron products you are using, and your current number of users, assessments and substances
