Please Note: The System Settings area can only be accessed by users with Super User access or permission from a Custom Role. If you require a change to some of these settings, you must contact your QHSE manager, or another Super User on the account.
When a user publishes an assessment, each section of the assessment will appear directly after the previous section. You can optionally force each assessment section to start on a new page of the published document instead.
In addition, if an assessment is published by a user, that user’s name will be automatically added to the Assessed By field of the Assessment Details. This option can be turned off.
To get to the Publish Options area, simply click the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, click the Risk Assessment Settings option, and then click the Publish Options tab:
To modify the forced page breaks and publisher options, simply click the assessment section switches to turn them on/off, and then click the first Save button when finished.
To change the setting of an assessment publisher's name appearing in the Assessed By field when an assessment is published, click the Add Publisher to ‘Assessed By’ switch to turn it off/on, and then click the second Save button.
You can also ensure that an assessment is never published with a pending SDS update by switching the "SDS Update is Required" toggle within this area.
There is also the option to force actions to be completed before publishing is allowed, this can be specific to any type of action and is enabled here in the settings area.
The option for the Digital Sign Off is also within this area :
