Please Note: A system account will need to be created for you by your system manager in order to use the COSHH365™ system. Please use your account credentials when logging in. (You will have received an email informing you of your new system account).

The Viewer role is one of the default role types in the COSHH365™ system. It does not have any permissions to modify data in any way. This can be seen in the overview of the permissions for the Viewer role type below:

Ray's Advice: The only data a viewer can change is their own information in the My Details area discussed in the article Viewing and changing your account details.

Please note: If you're trying to edit assessments and feel that your account permissions are set incorrectly, you should contact your QHSE Manager for assistance.
