Introduction
If you are a visitor to an Sevron Website or a customer of an Sevron Service, then except as expressly set forth below, this Privacy Policy applies to your use of such Website or Service.
If you are a visitor to or user of a third-party website or service that utilizes any Sevron communication or messaging products (such as the Sevron chat widget), then any information you submit to such Third-Party Property (including via the Sevron product) is collected under the privacy policy of the owner of such Third-Party Property.
At Sevron, we respect the privacy rights of our users and recognize the importance of protecting the personal information we collect about you. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect and how we use and share that information.

Subscribers that have not published more than one assessment during the first 7 days are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund
CONTRACT TERM AND RENEWAL
This Agreement shall continue for the Initial Subscription Term and shall automatically renew for successive periods of 12 months
SUBSCRIPTION FEES
The Subscription Fee is fixed for the Initial Subscription Term. Sevron reserves the right to increase fees by no more than 3% per annum for Renewal Periods
1. The Services
Subject to the Subscriber complying with this Agreement, Sevron shall make the Services available to the Subscriber (and its Authorised Users) via the internet by granting the Subscriber facilities for accessing them (including accounts, permissions and passwords).
Sevron reserves the right to change the nature, content and look-and-feel of the Services and any of the Service Content to improve, update or enhance the Services or to comply with applicable law.
2. Licence
The Subscriber acknowledges that Sevron and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services and Service Content. Subject to payment of Subscription Fees and compliance with this Agreement, Sevron grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for the Subscriber's internal business purposes.
3. Support
Sevron shall provide advice and assistance by telephone or email concerning the use of the Services. Support is available at times shown on the Sevron website. Where the Subscriber demonstrates a Sevron Fault, Sevron shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to fix that fault or provide a workaround solution.
4. The Subscribers Obligations & Liabilities
The Subscriber shall comply with the prevailing terms of use and Fair Use Policy. The Subscriber shall ensure Authorised Users are given sufficient training and understand this Agreement. The Subscriber accepts full responsibility for unauthorized use of Services by Authorised Users.
5. Payment Terms
The Subscriber shall pay Sevron the Subscription Fee annually together with VAT. If payment remains unpaid for 7 days, Sevron is entitled to immediate payment of the full balance, daily interest on unpaid monies, and may suspend access to Services.

We collect information when you register to use Services, including username, name, email address, and phone number. When you purchase Services, we collect Payment Information including credit card information and billing address.
We automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser information, pages viewed, and location information. We may also collect information when you interact with our advertisements on third-party platforms.

To provide, maintain and improve the Offerings and our products and services
To process inquiries and deliver customer service
To process payments using Payment Information
To control unauthorized use or abuse of Services

Payment Information
Credit card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor Stripe through their Stripe Checkout service. We never receive or store your full credit card information. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

This Security Policy describes the organizational and technical measures Sevron implements platform-wide to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure of customer data. All Sevron services operate on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Infrastructure
All services run in the cloud on AWS facilities in the EU
Infrastructure is spread across 3 AWS data centers (availability zones)
All servers are within a virtual private cloud (VPC) with network access control lists
Sevron uses backup solutions for datastores containing customer data
Data
All customer data is stored in the EU
Customer data is stored in multi-tenant datastores with strict privacy controls
Each system is adequately configured and patched using system-hardening standards
Sevron engages certain subprocessors listed on the website
Data Transfer
All data sent to or from Sevron is encrypted in transit using 256-bit encryption
API and application endpoints are TLS/SSL only and score A+ rating
Strong cipher suites with HSTS and Perfect Forward Secrecy are enabled
Authentication
Sevron is served 100% over https
Two-factor authentication (2FA) and strong password policies on all cloud services
Zero-trust corporate network with no additional privileges from being on network
Support Policy
Support is provided during normal UK office hours 9am - 5pm GMT. Online support guides and documentation are available 24/7.
Customers may report errors or abnormal behavior (Incidents) by contacting Sevron via email at support@sevron.co.uk. Sevron's Support personnel will assign a Priority Level to each Incident and seek to provide responses according to defined target response times.
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Sevron's websites and services. Users agree not to: - Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of systems or networks - Tamper with, reverse engineer or hack the Services - Overwhelm infrastructure with unreasonable loads - Send unsolicited communications, advertising or spam - Use Services for illegal purposes or to violate laws - Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights - Submit deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, or harmful content
Sevron may terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of this policy.
