To load the Assessment Report, click on the Reports option on in the main menu on the left hand side of your screen.
Organisation Structure
This section of the Assessment Report shows the structure of the locations you have access to. The location you see at the top is your default location. Locations below your default location and below sub-locations can be seen by clicking the little + (plus) icons next to them:
Each of the locations in the organisation structure has a coloured icon after its name, representing the current status of that location. There are three possible statuses:
If you click on a location in the organisation structure, the report data on the right-hand side of the screen will refresh to display information relating to the location you have clicked, and all it's sub-locations:
Please Note: In the screenshot above, you may notice that the 'Bodywork Department' location (highlighted in purple) does not appear in the Reports area (highlighted in yellow). This is because the Bodywork Department does not contain any risk assessments. Any empty locations will not be displayed in the Reports area.
You will also notice that if the location has a parent or grandparent location this will also show in the reports area, this helps to identify the parents/grandparents of sub-locations that may have similar or the same names.
Assessment Report By Location
Once a location is clicked in the organisation tree, the Assessment Report By Location data will load to display assessment information for that location including Published, Overdue, Due in 30 days and Incomplete assessments. If the location also has a parent and grandparent location this will also show to help you identify the sub locations more clearly.
Assessment Report By User
Just like to the location report above, the information in the Assessment Report By User data will display users if they have created any assessments that are currently Published, Overdue, Due in 30 Days or Incomplete.
Clicking the user’s name will show a list of those assessments. Please watch the video below to see how.
