The Actions Report has a similar layout discussed in the Assessment Report article, and contains the following sections:

To get to the Action Report area, start by clicking the Reports option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen, and then click the Actions option:

Organisation Structure

This section of the Action Report shows the structure of the locations you have access to. The location you see at the top is your default location. Locations below your default location and below sub-locations can be seen by clicking the little + (plus) icons next to them:

Each of the locations in the organisation structure has a coloured icon after its name, representing the status of that location. There are two statuses:

If you click on a location in the organisation structure, the report data on the right-hand side of the screen will refresh to display information relating to the location you have clicked, and all it's sub-locations:

Please Note: In the screenshot above, you may notice that the 'Bodywork Department' and 'Shop Floor' locations (highlighted in purple) do not appear in the Reports area (highlighted in yellow). This is because these locations do not contain any actions. Locations with no actions will not be displayed in the Reports area.

Action Report By Location

Once a location is clicked in the organisation tree, the Action Report By Location data will load to display action information for that location including Complete, Incomplete and Overdue actions.

Action Report By User

Similar to the location report above, the information in the Action Report By User data will display users with any Complete, Incomplete or Overdue actions.

Clicking the user’s name will show a list of those actions.

Our Advice: Assessment report data can be exported by clicking the associated Export button.

Please see the Exporting Table Information article for more information on data exporting.
