The Completion section of the action process is only edited once an action has been completed. The tab is viewable to the Action Owner that would complete the action (Super Users can also view this tab).
Our Advice: If you are currently creating the action, you only need to click the Save & Finish button here. This will save the action to your assessment.
If you would like to mark this action as complete, click on the Completion Date field and select the date the action was completed on. You can also add an optional Completion Note if applicable.
If a follow-up action is required, you can add a follow-up action by ticking the Completion Follow up check box.
Finally, click the Save & Finish button to complete the action.
If the Completion Follow Up option was ticked, a new Add Action form will appear, allowing you to add the follow-up action details. Otherwise, you will now see your action in the list of actions for your assessment.
Please Note: The new follow-up action is processed in exactly the same way as adding a New Action.
