When a user clicks on the Before Controls or After Controls risk rating in the hazards rating section of the Assessment Wizard, they are presented with a risk matrix. See below:
The labeling that users see when setting the ratings can be modified to suit your company requirements.
To get to the Risk Rating Matrix area, simply click the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, click the Risk Assessment Settings option, and then click the Risk Rating Matrix tab:
To modify the risk matrix labeling, simply amend the labels accordingly and click the Save button.
Our Advice: To reduce text formatting issues, there is a 14 character limit on matrix labels.
If you ever want to revert back to the default matrix label values, click the Reset Labels button.
When you finished making changes, click the Save button.
