Please Note: The System Settings area can only be accessed by users with Super User access or permission from a Custom Role.
When a user clicks on the Before Controls or After Controls risk rating in the hazards rating section of the Assessment Wizard, they are presented with a risk matrix. See below:
The labeling that users see when setting the ratings can be modified to suit your company requirements.
To get to the Risk Rating Matrix area, simply click the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Next, click the Risk Assessment Settings option, and then click the Risk Rating Matrix tab:
To modify the risk matrix labeling, simply amend the labels accordingly and click the Save button.
Before saving, you can view a preview of the finished matrix by clicking the Preview button.
Our Advice: To reduce text formatting issues, there is a 14 character limit on matrix labels.
If you ever want to revert back to the default matrix label values, click the Reset Labels button.
When you finished making changes, click the Save button.
Please Note: If the 3x3 and 4x4 matrix sizes are available to you, you can turn them on by clicking the corresponding on/off switches. If more than one matrix size is switched on, users will get an option to choose a matrix size when creating new assessments.
Our Advice: You can amend the labels for the 3x3 and 4x4 matrix sizes also by clicking the corresponding matrix tab and changing the labeling text as outlined above.
