Although the system is supported by the Ask Ray™ help system and Live Chat, you can also Meet Ray™, and arrange for our systems expert to personally come out and deliver a full days training to you and your team in the comfort of your own place of work.
Each on-site training session can include up to 12attendees, and lasts for one day - typically from 9am to 4pm with an hours break for lunch and mutual breaks can be allotted as and when needed. During the session, your trainer will cover all aspects of the system, followed by some very useful hands-on practical tasks in the afternoon. This will give each attendee a chance to apply their new system knowledge, offering an excellent opportunity to ask progressive questions along the way.
