Who this is for: Needs Manage My Audit Templates. Audit Manager and Audit Administrator have this by default.
A template defines everything about how an audit will run: what the auditor is asked, what they must record, what evidence they must capture, and what happens before the audit can be published.
You control seven things:
Panel | What you configure |
① Template Details | Name, standards, audit type, description, and whether the template is offered to the Sevron global library. The template's Locations sit in their own panel above it |
② Audit Details | Which fields the auditor fills in before starting — six fixed, six optional |
③ Checklist Columns | Which response and findings columns appear against each clause |
④ Findings Fields | What an auditor must record when raising a finding |
⑤ Linked Documents | Whether auditors can attach supporting files |
⑥ Audit Summary | Whether the audit ends with a narrative summary |
⑦ Review & Publish Options | Defaults for what appears in the report, and whether a technical review is required |
Alongside those, in the live preview panel, you build the questionnaire itself — the sections and clauses the auditor works through.
