Every audit from every template collects these six. The panel says so: "These fields are always included and cannot be removed from the template."

Audit Description | Required |
Owner and auditor are different roles. The owner is accountable for the audit happening and is who resolves a blocked audit. The auditor does the work. They are often, but not always, the same person.
Anything beyond these six is optional and switched on per template — see 3.8.
