When setting up or editing employee user accounts and their permissions, there is the option for your company's Super Users to activate Assessment Templates and the restriction of those employee user accounts to the use of the assessment templates when creating an assessment in the system.

The default user roles affected by this restriction are Administrators and Risk Assessors.

Please Be Aware: Your company may have created new user roles, in which case you should contact your (in-house) Sevron Super User for clarification on the status of your account, if you're not sure.

If you find that your user account was affected by this restriction you can take the following steps to get started with creating assessments using the templates:

1. First, click on the Assessments tab in the sidebar to the left of your screen:

2. Next, click Template Assessments located on the white bar at the top of your screen (not the system header):

3. Next, locate the task you are assessing and click the Actions drop down menu to the left of it:

4. Now, select Create Assessment from Template:

Once you have chosen to create an assessment from this template, a pop-up will appear prompting you to choose the location the assessment should be stored in:

Upon selecting the correct location for your assessment and clicking Create, the usual assessment wizard will appear allowing you to follow it through to completion and the Review and Publish stage of the assessment.

Please note: Depending on the permissions associated with your account, you may be required to request a review of your created assessment before it can be published.
