To view the activity of a specific user in your account on the Sevron system, follow these steps:

1: Click Settings on the sidebar on the left side of your screen:

2: Next, click Users & Locations, and then click Location/User Management:

3: Now, locate the user you wish to check the activity for. You may need to advance the list using the buttons below the table. You may also filter the list using either of these filters; First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone:

4: Here, you can see the Status of each user in this list:

Depending on whether or not the user in question has ever logged into their account, you will see one of three available Status assignations:

Active: Active users are those users who have accepted an invite to the system and successfully logged in at least once. If the Status of the user is set to Active it will also include how long ago that user logged into their user account.

For example: In the above image, I (Sam Allen) am an active user, and today I logged in to the system 5 hours ago. The system reflects this and says, 'Sam Allen' was 'Active (5 hours ago)'.

Never Logged In: Users which were invited to the system but have not successfully logged in.

Invite Sent: Users which have been invited to the system, but have not yet accepted that invite.

Please note: The information given here will only tell you when they logged in and not if they are currently online. For instance, as above, I have been online on the Sevron system for all of those five hours, but the system states, '5 hours ago', because that was when I initially signed in today.
