If you're creating an assessment in the Sevron system which requires the use of more than one substance, you can easily add another substance by clicking Add Substances + once more.

Here's an example:

1: You have begun the process of creating a new risk assessment and have entered the Assessment Details:

2: Moving on, you have also entered the Task Details:

3: Now, you have reached section 3 of the Assessment Wizard and you have successfully added your first substance:

4: If you need to add another substance to this same assessment, simply click Add Substances + again:

5: And once more, search for and check the substance you wish to add:

You can add as many substances as you require to your assessment using this method.

Please note: If you have closed your original assessment and attempt to add a new substance by searching for that assessment and then clicking Create Assessment, this will create a new assessment. It will not allow you to add a second substance to your original assessment.

Instead:

1: Search for the original assessment:

2: Click Actions and then click Edit Assessment:

3: Then navigate to Section 3: Substance Information by clicking the number 3.

Now, you can simply follow the steps in the Add Substance Wizard to add the next substance to your assessment.
