Users now have the option to download the exported assessments excel file via Email or Safety365 Internal Notifications.
Note: This feature is only available to Users that have permission to access COSHH.
STEPS on how to export assessments to excel via Email:
Go to Assessments > Select Export > Select the Export (All) option.
A pop-up notification will appear at the top of the screen saying the report is being processed. Once processed, the download link will be sent via email or Safety365 Internal Notification.
Upon receiving and opening the email sent by the system, you can find the download link inside. Click on the link to download the exported excel file.
STEPS on how to export assessments to excel via Safety365 Internal Notification:
Go to Assessments > Select Export > Select the Export (All) option.
A pop-up notification will appear at the top of the screen saying the report is being processed. Once processed, the download link will be sent via email or Safety365 Internal Notification.
Click on the Notifications icon located at the top right corner of the screen. A list of the exported excel files will appear. Once you click on the link the download will start.
