Unarchiving an incident record

Please Note: Unarchiving an archived record can only be done by users with the correct system permissions.

As you use the Incident365™ system, you may have a situation whereby you or one of your team members needs to unarchive an incident record that was previously Archived. If you or someone else has archived an incident record by mistake, or you simply need to restore a record from the archive, we can Unarchive it.

To Unarchive an existing record, first click the Incidents option from the menu on the left hand side of the screen:

You will now see a table containing all existing incident records. The first thing we need to do is load the table with archived records. To do this, just click the Show Archived toggle. This will reload the table and display a list of all incident records currently in the archive:

To unarchive a record, click its Actions button and choose the Unarchive option.

The record will be moved out of the archive and back to where it came from before it was archived.
