Who this is for: All users.
The Audit Module is enabled for your whole company by the Sevron team. There is nothing to switch on inside Safety365 yourself.
Trial access gives you the full module with a small audit allowance and an end date. Everything works exactly as it does on a standard subscription — the only differences are the size of the allowance and the fact that it expires.
Standard access gives you an annual audit allowance based on your plan, and continues while your subscription is active.
The quickest way to tell which applies to you is the Audit Usage indicator in the Audit Records toolbar: it shows your allowance and the date it resets. See 1.5.
When a trial ends:
You cannot schedule or start new audits.
Everything you already have stays. Completed audits, findings, corrective actions and reports remain fully accessible in read-only form.
Nothing is deleted.
Talk to your account manager before the end date if you want to continue.
If this doesn't work
No Audits menu — you have not been given an audit role. See 1.9.
Your allowance is not what you expected — contact your account manager; activation and allowance are set by Sevron, not in your settings.
