Chasing, cancelling and tracking sign-offs

Remind people, cancel a request, and see who has signed.

Written by Caim Hermoso

Who this is for: The audit owner, or whoever manages the audit's sign-off list. [CHECK: confirm who can remind/cancel]

After an audit is published you can track sign-offs, chase people and cancel requests.

Seeing who has signed

  1. Go to Audit Records.

  2. Open the row's ⋮ menu and select Report Sign-off.

Each person is listed with their role and status: Awaiting signature · Reminded N time(s), Signed <date> or Cancelled <date> — Reason: …. If nobody has been added, the window says “Nobody has been asked to sign this report.”

Reminding or cancelling

  • Remind sends a reminder. There are no automatic reminders.

  • Cancel withdraws a pending request. You must give a reason (up to 500 characters), and the cancellation is kept in the audit history.

Adding people after publishing

You can add more people after publishing. In the Report Sign-off window, choose the Person and Role and select Add. They are asked straight away.

The sign-off sheet

When an audit has a sign-off list, the report PDF always includes a sign-off sheet: name, role, signature and date signed. People who haven’t signed yet are listed with the signature and date left blank.

The Digital Signee Report

Reports > Digital Signee Report has a Type filter column (All, Assessment, Audit). Audit rows have a drill-down, reminders and export.

Note: The audit history records when sign-off was requested, signed, reminded and cancelled.

If this doesn't work

  • You can't cancel a request — enter a reason.

  • Someone says they weren't reminded — there are no automatic reminders. Use Remind.
