NEW FEATURE: Free Template Assessments From Sevron
This new feature allows registered users to access template assessments created by Sevron for FREE. Follow these simple steps:
Turn on Sevron Template Assessments to enable the feature [Please Note : Super User Permission Required]. In addition, please make sure you have the Enable Assessment Templates switched on, too.
Once the feature has been enabled in the settings, go to the Assessments page and then select the Template Assessments tab.
Within the Template Assessments area, you will see a toggle button, Show Sevron Templates. When this is turned on, the Sevron template assessments will be visible in the template list.
You will have three actions to choose from with the Sevron templates provided: View Template; Create Assessment from Template; and, Copy Template. However, please note that only if your role has permission enabled can you do all three actions.
View Template – User will be able to view a preview of the assessment template output in PDF format
Create Assessment From Template – User will be redirected to the Assessment Wizard to start their new assessment from the chosen template
Copy Template – Users will be able to create a copy of the Sevron template and make it their own template. Currently, Sevron templates are uneditable, and if users wish to have an editable template assessment, they will have to copy it from the original Sevron template first.
All users with COSHH access can use the templates. However, they can only edit the templates if they have copied the template first to their own template assessments.
Any custom role which has the Manage Template permission will be able to copy the templates.
